Welcome home to letting your hair down,
putting your feet up, yes, even on the couch.

Welcome home to love. Feeling loved.
Self love, love for others, love for the planet.

Welcome home to a calm nervous system.

Have you tried many ways to heal and still feel stuck?

Does it feel like you’re always the one left standing
when the music stops in the game of musical chairs?

Enough wondering whether you’re enough!

Do any of these sound familiar?

Is it hard to feel at home?

  • You are concerned with what other people think of you
  • You anticipate rejection
  • You’re the doormat. You are confused about the validity of your needs
  • It’s hard to trust your self and others
  • You work really hard and it never seems like enough
It’s possible to feel that you belong!

Do you feel stressed?

  • It’s hard to calm your nerves
  • You circle back to the same negative thoughts
  • You worry that the other shoe is about to drop
  • Even when you “relax” it’s hard to really rest
Your body can be a resource.
You can feel at home in your body.

Feel like a broken record?

  • Somehow you wind up with the wrong person again and again
  • It’s hard to set boundaries with your boss, friends, partner
  • Your relationships feel like your childhood
  • Do you wonder whether it’s you that’s crazy?
  • The world does not recognize you for your unique gifts.
You can break out of old patterns.
The world needs you to be you.

Let’s find your path home to you.

Hello, I’m Pamela Rosin. In my Oakland, (Occupied Lisjan Ohlone Land) somatic psychotherapy practice, I work with individuals, couples and groups. Often I support people who struggle to feel a sense of being at home in self, relationship, or the world. Empowerment and pleasure beyond what you've known were possible await you.

A loving relationship can heal early wounds.
Since our first emotional injuries happen in relationship, it is possible to heal through the context of a loving, safe therapeutic relationship. If you come as a couple, I will support you to find the safety of home in each other.

The intention of therapy is to heal developmental trauma, attachment wounding, and intergenerational or ancestral trauma. Along your life’s journey, you developed strategies that no longer serve, but that tie you to the past.

Working somatically, and at times incorporating touch, I accompany you to places where you may have never had a witness. Together we’ll bring compassion and curiosity to discover how you developed emotional and somatic patterns. We’ll listen to what is there, breathe love into the dark places, and offer a missing experience that can help release what has been stuck. Eventually, as the grip that the past has over you loosens, you can discover new ways of being.

You’ll come away with somatic practices for regulating intense emotions, tools for greater awareness, and support along your path of growth. As your body becomes a more safe place, you can develop your intuition and self trust. Essentially, as you find yourself at home with yourself, the world outside your window appears more welcoming. Where old patterns used to run the show, now you can venture out with new maps.
